Calm, Confident Happy Mom

Be a calm, confident and happy mom again!

Mom life is mentally, physically & emotionally challenging.  It (and your emotions!) can feel messy, hard & out of control. But God intended for it to be joyful not frustrating.
I’m here to provide you with the tools & concepts you need to access the power He gave you to feel joy, stay calm and have confidence & peace of mind daily, even with all the challenges.

The Adventure of Mom Life

I have always loved a good adventure and challenge! Motherhood is definitely both but while I loved being a mom, I struggled for many years. I became impatient, stressed & overwhelmed with all the expectations I wasn’t meeting. I was not happy with myself.

Then, in 2019, my husband & I went through one of the hardest things we had ever experienced, yet I felt joy with the pain. I felt peace & strength among the upheaval of our lives.  I was calm when I had many reasons to be angry.

Something shifted in me and I soon figured out how to also have that same joy, confidence & peace of mind in my mom life too.
Now, I’m here to be your mentor and show you how to do the same.

Lessons of Light

I love finding analogies in my everyday life.  Over the years, I have found that there are lessons that can be learned in and/or from every experience—whether good or bad.
